CAN I PAY USING A DEBIT CARD?
Yes, if your Debit/Cheque card has a chip and pin, CVV number, and expiry date, as well as a Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, or American Express logo, you can use it to make your payment.

HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT CARD?
When you select credit card as the payment option on the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details. This process is safe and secure. Our payment gateway only uses the strictest form of encryption, and we never see or store your credit card information.

IS PAYING BY CREDIT CARD SAFE?
Yes. It's actually the safest way to pay for anything online. Our payment gateway partners spend a lot of time and money making sure that their infrastructure uses some of the most up-to-date and secure payment infrastructures in the world.

All our credit card transactions take place on a secure page off-site. We never see your credit card details and our payment gateway only uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER TO ME?
We use reputable South African couriers to get your order delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel that leaves our office has a tracking number that we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or SMS.
Once your parcel is with our couriers, you will also get regular updates about your delivery so that you can prepare for its arrival, and your order tracking email will have a link that you can use to query your delivery at any given time.

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address. We typically deliver within 3-5 working days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area. If you haven't received your order after 4 days, please get in touch with us on sales@kingvleis.co.za or send us a message at (+27) 66 284 0371.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. We don't deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays. It's best for you to give us the address where you'll normally be located between 8 am and 5 pm during the week.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.kingvleis.co.za
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

How do I return my KV item?

You are welcome to return your KV Item at your collection point.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?
You can return your KV Item/s within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

In their original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

You will be liable for the charges of returning your parcel to our online location.

We can also arrange to collect your KV Item/s from you for a R100 return fee.
